You’ll join a growing AI technology business at a point where its products are gaining serious commercial traction across Southeast Asia. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to turn ideas into production-ready AI products used by major international brands.
You’ll own products across the full journey, from early technical decisions through launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
You’ll work on production Generative AI, including LLM applications, retrieval-based systems and intelligent automated workflows.
You’ll have significant influence over architecture, engineering standards and how the team approaches AI product development.
You’ll work closely with the Founder, giving you direct exposure to commercial strategy and product direction without unnecessary layers of management.

You’ll get genuine flexibility, with three days working remotely and two days collaborating from the Bangkok office each week.
You’ll combine senior full-stack engineering with product thinking, taking ambiguous commercial opportunities and turning them into scalable software. You’ll make architectural decisions, build across the TypeScript stack and integrate modern LLM technologies into customer-facing products. You’ll also use customer feedback and performance data to influence priorities, while helping establish the technical standards needed for the engineering function to scale.
You’ll bring 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with strong production-level TypeScript skills and hands-on experience with Next.js and NestJS.
You’ll have previously taken a software product from an early concept through launch and subsequent growth.
You’ll have shipped real-world Generative AI functionality using LangChain, Vercel AI SDK or comparable tooling.
You’ll be comfortable working with technologies such as PostgreSQL, vector databases, Azure/AWS and modern LLM APIs.
You’ll communicate confidently in English and be comfortable working with customers and stakeholders across international markets.
