1. What this covers

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie this site can set, split into the ones it needs to work and the optional analytics ones, which are off until you switch them on.

2. Strictly necessary

These exist so the site works and stays protected. They do not track you across sites and cannot be switched off.

• Cloudflare Turnstile. Our forms use Turnstile to keep bots out. The check runs inside a small frame served by Cloudflare, and Cloudflare may set cookies within that frame to tell humans from bots. They appear only on pages with a form, and only while the check runs.
• Hosting. The site runs on Microsoft Azure, which may set a routing cookie (named ARRAffinity or similar) so your requests reach the same server. It identifies a server, not you.
• Your cookie choice. When you accept or reject analytics, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage under the key tb-cookie-consent. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

3. Analytics, only if you accept

We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used: Google Analytics, which gives us aggregate statistics such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from, and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how pages are used through heatmaps and anonymised session replays. Both set cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies beginning _ga, and Clarity sets cookies beginning _clck and _clsk. Both companies receive technical data about your visit, such as your device, browser and pages viewed, and process it on their own servers.

These are optional. Neither tool loads, and no analytics cookie is set, until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you reject, nothing is loaded and the site works exactly the same.

4. Third-party content on some pages

The contact page can show a Google Map of our office. The map does not load with the page: it is fetched from Google only if you press Show the map, and Google may set cookies of its own inside the map’s frame when you do. If you never press it, Google is never contacted.

5. Changing your mind

You can change your analytics choice here at any time. Withdrawing consent stops the tools loading and deletes the analytics cookies they set on this site.

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, or block them entirely; the site will keep working.
